Leder, kender du det…?
Du har som leder sendt en mail ud om et kommende nyt projekt, og du synes faktisk, du har gjort dig umage med at forklare præcis, hvad du mener og hvorfor.
Du har endda læst mailen flere gange inden afsendelse og tilføjet oplysninger, så det bliver så tydeligt som muligt, hvad der skal ske.
Men alligevel..
så kommer det bag på dig, at den bliver fuldstændig misforstået, at du bliver skudt i skoene, at du har en skjult dagsorden, og at du slet, slet ikke har forklaret, hvordan projektet hænger sammen med de nuværende opgaver!!
Hvad er der mon sket?
Ovenstående eksempel kommer fra den virkelige verden.
Og faktum er, at der er langt fra dine gode intentioner til medarbejdernes opfattelse af situationen.
Det er vigtigt at have en grundlæggende viden om psykologi og menneskets reaktions- og handlemønstre, for ellers går det nemt galt!
Det er ikke alle oplysninger og kommunikation, der egner sig til en mail, da meget går tabt, og med mindre du er MEGET tæt på dine medarbejdere i hverdagen. Kun hvis de kender dig godt som person, og de kender dit (og virksomhedens) etiske regelsæt rigtigt godt, kan en mail som ovenfor undgå at blive misforstået. Men i den virkelige verden, kan den næsten kun slå fejl!
